The No. 3A Autographic Kodak Junior is a large format folding bed camera for A 122 autographic rollfilm cartridge, made by Kodak and produced between 1918-27.
Autographic film allows the photographer to enter his own notes onto the negative. Comments are scratched into paper on the back of the film with a stylus and then exposed to the sun and burned onto the negative.
Aluminum body covered with fine - grain leather (missing some pieces, see pictures).
Missing stylus. The leather on the bellows is a bit scuffed up so it's not clear whether this camera would be light-tight. Leather handle on camera is cracking on one side.
Comes with lovely burnished leather case. Measures about 8 1/4" x 10" x 5" when bellows are extended.
